Dr Cho speaks extensively on exercise, lifestyle medicine and nutrition.
Bailey Muller CPT is a Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Director at Lifestyle Is Medicine. She is also a certified facilitator for Diabetes Undone, Nedley Depression Recovery Program and Optimize Your Brain program. She is passionate about health and helping people experience the joys of fitness and exercise.
