Lifestyle Is Medicine (LiM) is a Toronto-based not-for-profit that shares the principles of lifestyle medicine to help individuals and families achieve optimal health and longevity.
Through our innovative community and online programs and events, we inspire and equip our communities with the knowledge, tools and support they need to prevent, treat and even potentially reverse today’s most common health conditions.

Pathways Lifestyle Medicine Clinics is a group of Naturopathic and Nutrition clinics in Toronto that focus on using evidence-based lifestyle medicine to prevent, treat and reverse chronic health conditions. Staffed by dedicated Adventist health professionals, Pathways seeks to share God’s love through quality and compassionate healthcare.
Lifestyle medicine treats the root cause of chronic disease, not just the symptoms. It reflects the reality of what a huge body of scientific evidence has taught us: Food is powerful medicine! Exercise is powerful medicine! Mind-body health is powerful medicine! And these medicines are free or inexpensive and with only positive side-effects!
